Hola, Juana here

I grew up in Patagonia, Argentina: a place where nature is your biggest teacher and source of inspiration. I carry that with me, wherever I go. Into Berlin’s startup world, where I spent my first years, to now my work as a yoga teacher and a regenerative practitioner.

I know the feeling of getting lost in your passions for hours, dreaming about imaginary futures and hoping quietly what could actually be possible for you. And I know what comes right after: the fear, the overwhelm, the ten directions with no clear thread.

What I found is that the outer work (the business plan, the budget, the launch plan) goes hand in hand with the inner work (identity shifts, beliefs, self-trust). So I started integrating them into one practice. That integration is now the core of everything I do: 1:1s, classes, workshops, online offerings and organisational transformation processes.

My background spans business, project management, yoga, feminist economics, facilitation, sound work and now regenerative leadership.. Each thread taught me something different about how people move, get stuck, and build. I bring all of it to the work, so you don't have to leave any part of yourself out of it either.
